Micron - OGLE Content Managment System (CMS)
Notes – OGLE (Temporary Branding Name) is a content management web application. My initial work on OGLE involved flushing out the requirements (user stories & wireframes) and then to provide a visual user interface incorporating the design patterns found in the wireframes.

Micron - Buymicron.com
Notes – Buymicrom.com, an ecommerce site, targets Micron customers who frequently purchase small quantities of parts for testing. The site demonstrates modern coding practices (CSS layout, XHTML, web standards), and my knowledge of designing and building an ecommerce system/interface.

The Tattered Fly
Notes – The Tattered Fly is half BLOG, half website. It’s the home of Dan Bachman, fly fishing enthusiast extraordinaire (The dude goes fishing a lot!). The website is fueled by Textpattern and a handful of very robust Textpattern plugins. The entire site is functioning with only one XHTML template, the content management system takes care of the rest.

Our Dulcimer Home
Notes – Our dulcimer home is a one page website that was created to help promote the sale of our house. The site features an animated photo gallery, ground breaking real estate housing design for the web, and an accordion menu. The URL (ourdulcimerhome.com) is no longer live and the site now lives on a sub-domain at codylindley.com.

IDACOMM Broadband Over Powerline
Notes – Under a short deadline the idacomm-bpl.com website emerged as a practice in concise web development techniques. The site was developed in a period of a week with a rough site map, one wire frame, and short creative brief. The site showcases a tableless layout and advanced CSS practices as well as a complete separation of presentation, content, and behavior.

Ponderosa Ridge Developement
Notes – Ponderosa Ridge Development needed to bridge the gap between an onsite home tour and what could be experienced online by perspective home buyers. What resulted was a website that not only encompassed a house, but an experience. The desire was to visually express the quality of the
subdivision, as well as the ponderosa model home.

Idaho Statesman
Notes – During my two year stint working for Gannett I straddled the fence between design, client-side programming, and Flash development. What follows here is a small look into the templates, visual design, interface design, IA, and coding that I was involved with while working for a newspaper.
