Visual jQuery Magazine
Have you seen the new Visual jQuery Magazine (online PDF)? That’s right, I said Visual jQuery Magazine. It is a magazine (hence the name), dedicated to jQuery development for both beginners and experts alike. A lot of things make jQuery unique, but having its own magazine just might make it a household name.
If it could be said that any JavaScript library has that “special something,” I believe it could be said that jQuery has it! So then, what does it mean to have that special something? In my opinion, the special something is people, or more specifically a community of people who are enthusiastic enough to produce a magazine around a JavaScript library. I am not exactly sure why jQuery has such an active community of supporters, but the fact of the matter is it does. If I had to venture a guess as to why, I would say it’s because the creator himself is right there in the trenches of the community alongside you and me.
Maybe it’s time you gave jQuery a serious look, because the rest of the world sure is. Heck, why not start by picking up a copy of Visual jQuery Magazine today? Boy, you’d think I was making a profit somehow after that sales pitch, but I’m not. I am just another passionate jQuery user, who is glad to be a part of something special.

Being the JQuery star that you are, are you gonna to be in it?
@Hugh – Well, yes I guess…since I am in the first issue.
Ah, so the alterior motive for the announcement is revealed. No way I’m reading it now! (okay, maybe a little later)
The first issue was pretty good. I’m looking forward to the next. Nice to see jTip mentioned too. :)
Love the visual documentation, exactly what I was lookin for.
