Hansville Beach House Vacation
Over the 4th of July my family and the Nafzger family had the opportunity to spend a couple of days at my aunt’s beach house on the Kitsap Peninsula. The house is located in the sleepy little town of Hansville. During our stay we mostly relaxed, ate, and played on the beach. One of the days we traveled to the Olympic National Park to see Hurricane Ridge.
Over all it was a great trip. However, it has become apparent that traveling with young children can be very challenging, as well as exhausting. I had hoped to return from the trip rested and restored. Instead, I found myself having to recover from my vacation.
Photos from the trip can be seen on Flickr (several of these photos were taken by Christian Nafzger).

Hey bro – I’m severely impressed with your photography. This recent batch has really taken a leap in quality – great frames and nice technical implementation. Many of those are frame-worthy – I’ll expect to see them up next time I’m over at the house.
@Nate – Thanks…I’ll see what I can do.
Hmm, I think I can relate to the thoughts about “traveling with young children”.
Hope you’re doing well in the new job.
@Michael – Yup, its no vacation traveling with children! And, the job is good, thanks for asking.
Beautiful shots!!
