Textpattern Solutions
About a year ago, my then co-worker and friend, Nathan Smith, being the passionate man that he is, decided the world need a book on Textpattern. And thus, as of today, the world has its book.
To complete this task, Nathan enrolled two well-known Textpattern advocates and developers (Kevin Potts and Robert Sable). They proceeded to co-author Textpattern Solutions. They were not without aid, however, as Mary Fredborg and myself contributed to the effort. Mary’s contribution far surpassed my own, as she was the technical editor on the book, and also saved my bacon by adding the finishing touches on a very rough tag reference. My effort was mainly Chapter 17, a case study called cityeats.com.
The book has a complimentary website, as well. I hope you enjoy the site and book as I have!

Congrats to all of you! It’s about time TxP got its own book.
Yup congrats indeed. I’m currently reading it. :)
Thanks…
Cody: It was a good run, yo. It was great getting to work with you when I did. I learned quite a bit from ya. I’m glad that the book is finally out!
Great book Cody. I really enjoyed your section.
Excellent book. I am not easily swayed with CMS’s, but I now have a CMS I can endorse and enjoy playing with. I would consider it a framework/CMS as it gives you so much freedom and flexibility.
Nice job to all of the authors, the book is a collection of several voices creating a cohesive guide to Textpattern.
Good book… Thanks for inspiration :) Congratulations…
