In a Jerry Maguire like move, Mr Brad Barlinghouse (Yahoo senior vice president) preaches yahoo reform from the top down. From my perspective he is dead on, but the speech itself could be applied to just about any large corporation. The reality is however that honesty, truth, and pragmatic thinking in my experience has a very limited reach in the day to day of corporate politics. Except in this case, its from the top down instead of the bottom up. So, good luck Mr. Barlinghouse, you are my new hero. Keep us posted, as I’m curious to the outcome.
